Richard A. Gibson has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Artegraft, Inc. since October, 1996. Prior to his present position, he was the founder and chairman of ENtech, Inc., a manufacturer of enteral delivery devices used in the nutritional support of hospitalized patients, from October, 1986 until its acquisition by Teleflex, Inc. in October, 1990. ENtech was merged into Teleflex’s hospital products business unit, where Rick served as Sales Director and New Business Development until September, 1996.

Rick also held sales, marketing and business development positions with Biosearch Medical Products, Sterling Drug Corporate, and C.R. Bard, from 1972 through 1986. A graduate of Lycoming College, Williamsport, PA, he was a teacher and varsity coach prior to entering the medical device industry as a territory sales representative with Bard.

Norris J. Horn joined the company in March, 2005 as Chief Financial Officer with over 35 years experience in all financial aspects in the healthcare field, including Merck, Pfizer, Qusion Technologies, ENtech and Biosearch. He is a business undergraduate of Villanova and earned his MBA degree from Columbia University.

Warren Kirschbaum joined the company in September 2011, and serves as the Vice President of Sales. During his 33 years in the medical device industry he has held various sales, marketing, and executive management positions with Meadox Medical, U.S. Surgical, Kendall, Henley-Maxxim, Conmed, and Applied Medical. He is a graduate of Temple University.

Laurence A. Potter joined the company in January, 2005 as Vice President – Scientific Affairs, responsible for regulatory, quality and product development. Larry has 25 years experience in all facets of the medical device industry, including Bioject, Power Medical, Dade Behring, ENtech and Biosearch. He is a biology graduate of High Point University in North Carolina.

Cathleen VanDerVeer, Vice President of Operations, has been with the company since March, 1995. Cathy has a mechanical engineering degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology and is responsible for manufacturing, administration and human resources.
